Christmas on Congress

Join us on Sunday, November 30, 2025 for an evening of holiday festivities and cheer!

 The Winnsboro Christmas Parade will begin at 4:30 PM.

 Following the parade, the tree lighting ceremony will take place. Winners of the storefront decorating contest will be announced! 

 Take a photo with Santa under the Town Clock! 

 S’mores-making stations will be located in the parking lot next to the Town Clock. Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee and The Donut Guy will be downtown for additional sweet treats and hot beverages (children can get a free cup of hot chocolate from Travelin’ Tom’s)!

Hop on a horse-drawn carriage for a ride around downtown.
