2026 Carolinas Revolutionary War Weekend & Battle Reenactments in Kershaw County

Step back into the 18th century at Carolinas Revolutionary War Weekend, one of the nation’s largest annual Revolutionary War reenactment events!

Experience history firsthand as hundreds of Patriot and British reenactors bring the American Revolution to life through military encampments, battlefield demonstrations and immersive living history experiences.

Explore 18th-century crafts, browse period merchants, meet historical interpreters and experience the sights and sounds of the Revolutionary era.

The weekend features two major battle reenactments:

• Saturday, November 14: Battle of Hanging Rock
• Sunday, November 15: Battle of Camden

Battle reenactments begin at 1 p.m. each day. Food vendors will be available on-site.

Admission: Tickets are available online or at the gate. Children ages 5 and under are free. Parking is free.

Please Note: This outdoor event takes place rain or shine. Pets, drones and smoking are not permitted.

A separate, free Education Day for registered students, teachers and parents takes place Friday, November 13. Advance registration is required.
