Town of Cheraw Independence Celebration

Celebrate Independence Day with a full day of family-friendly fun, live entertainment, and fireworks in Cheraw!

The festivities begin with the Annual Kids Parade at 11:00 a.m. in downtown Cheraw at 200 Market Street. Following the parade, the celebration continues at Cheraw High School (649 Chesterfield Highway) with activities and entertainment for all ages.

Enjoy live music from The Band of Oz, performing from 7:00–8:00 p.m. and 8:30–9:30 p.m., along with music throughout the day by DJ K-Smooth. Families can cool off with Party Planet water inflatables, enjoy games and activities, and visit a variety of food vendors.

The evening concludes with a spectacular fireworks show at 10:00 p.m.
