Moonlight Canoe Float

Enjoy the beautiful sunset and natural beauty, birds and wildlife abound on the 361-acre Lake Juniper at Cheraw State Park on a moonlight ride you’ll never forget. Come join us for a quiet trip to the head waters accompanied by a park ranger. Paddle, relax and enjoy the scenery. We leave before sunset so you can watch the sun go down, and then we paddle back by moonlight! You can borrow a park canoe or bring your own. Life jackets must be worn at all times during the moonlight paddle trip. For ages 14 and older, ages 14 to 17 years must be accompanied by an adult. Previous paddling experience is required, and all participants must know how to swim.
